Overview
I am a musician, songwriter and backline technician. My main instruments are drums and guitar, both of which I have played professionally for a variety of bands and performers.

Education and early music career
From a young age I've been heavily influenced by music. Throughout my school years I played in several different bands and musicals. At the young age of fifteen I hit the local circuit playing in various semi-professional musical theatre productions, function/pub bands and original groups.

After leaving school I went on to gain a diploma from Drumtech college in West London where I continued my passion for music and began writing and composing for a variety of instruments. This led to working in a local recording studio where, mentored by Damon Sawyer; my first drum teacher, I became an accomplished sound engineer and eventually assistant manager. During this period I was a regular drum tutor at a local school teaching five to eleven year olds.

While continuing to write original material, I began working at Jagz, a well established jazz club in Ascot, Berkshire, where I undertook many positions from barman through to manager; a role which involved liaising with some of the UK's best talent including Mica Paris, Carleen Anderson, Lynden David Hall and many great jazz & blues artists such as Georgie Fame and Sonny Black & the Dukes. I was also lucky enough to work on a day to day basis with many house bands featuring some of my favourite musicians such as Frank Tonto and Sam Kelly who, being a drummer myself, have admired for many years.

2003: In late 2002 I was presented with an opportunity to work as a drum technician for Graham Broad, which led to a European tour with Bill Wyman's Rhythm Kings as a backline technician covering the full range of instruments, fulfilling a lifelong ambition. After a successful two months on the road I was asked to be part of the follow-on UK tour.

2004: A further two European tours in 2004. I was also called upon to work on a variety of social, charity and recording events with The Rhythm Kings featuring a wide range of well known international artists and their engineers in venues as prestigious as the Royal Albert Hall, Royal Festival Hall and Abbey Road studios.

2005: Saw much of the same. I worked with The Rhythm Kings on a number of private functions and I spent the Summer with Ten Years After touring Europe.

2006: I continued to work for The Rhythm Kings on a Summer Spanish tour followed by a British winter tour. In the meantime I become the drummer for Larry Miller's Blues Band playing up and down the country. Highlights included supporting Walter Trout.

2007: We supported Walter again on his tours and also other blues legends such as Johnny Winter and Bo Diddley. I also gained several other tech gigs including: Jason Donovan, America and The Thrills, which included two European tours, a couple of English tours and festivals. On numerous occasions I supported The Thrills on stage on both British and European venues.

2008: Started with another British & European tour with The Rhythm Kings (including the Red Cross Charity event in Monte Carlo). I also had the privilege of being the drum technician at Nelson Mandela 90th celebration in Hyde Park. I then went on to work for Amy Macdonald and started working with Razorlight.

2009: After many months of hard work I launched my own album 'Believe' which is out on Loving Life Records. As well as the Album launch I continued to work for Razorlight and worked for the Kaiser chiefs on their end of their world tour. On October 25th 2009 I Stage Managed the PRS Royal Albert Hall show.

2010: Saw me continuing to work for Razorlight and Ronnie Wood as well as having a great time at the summer festivals working for Reef.
